Great small town car dealer, they always have different cars out there, sometimes very unique and exotic models for this area. Great people there, salt of the earth types.
We visited the dealership multiple times to test-drive cars. The man we worked with, Ryan, was very honest and realistic. Not realizing how quick turnaround could be for used cars, I missed out on a couple of good deals. When a third option came in, I jumped on the opportunity to test-drive it and Ryan agreed to hold it for me until my friend could stop in and inspect it. I ended up buying the car; Ryan was very helpful and reasonable throughout the process. He was willing to work around my schedule and made sure everything was all set when I came in to pick up the car. I genuinely could not be more pleased with the service I was given and the experience I had with Ryan and Bergen Auto. I have had my car for about 2 months now and have not had any problems.

They've always taken good care of me, they seem to have honest deals, they do have honest salesmen, and their mechanics are great. They have always worked on my vehicles, and I've never been disappointed. The few times something hadn't been right they fixed it right away no questions asked. Much more affordable service than a big dealer.
I did not actually purchase a car from Bergen Auto Sales, but had a great experience with them none the less. After an accident that left my vehicle totaled, I went in to look at one specific vehicle that they had on the lot. After a test drive left me underwhelmed (nothing to do with the car, only that it wasn't my car that I was still wishing I had) the salesman and I discussed my budget and what I was looking for. He politely told me that the car I had lost was a great vehicle, and that with the exception of the car I had already driven and didn't love, he really didn't have anything at present time on the lot that fit my budget that was comparable to what I had given up. Although that wasn't what I wanted to hear, I left there being so appreciative that he didn't try and sell me something that I didn't want just to make a sale. I will absolutely be shopping there again in the future, as well as recommending them to friends and family.
I entered the market a few months ago as a first-time car buyer with a limited budget and very little knowledge of vehicles, pricing, maintenance, etc. I asked a friend (who works on cars as a hobby) for help; he suggested looking at used Hondas and recommended Bergen Auto Sales.
